  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily delivery schedules and routes •
  • Supervise delivery staff (drivers, helpers, junior executives) •
  • Ensure on-time and safe delivery of products to customers •
  • Handle and resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints •
  • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for smooth dispatch •
  • Ensure accurate documentation (delivery notes, invoices, returns) •
  • Track and manage returns, damages, and discrepancies •
  • Analyze delivery data to improve operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in delivery/logistics operations •
  • Multitask and have excellent time management skills •
  • Proven experience in supervising delivery or field teams •
  • Must have high competent in MS Excel and Sales analysis. •
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill.
