Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Category Management, and Store teams on new items and promotional items.
  • To make sure store will have stock before start and keep buffer stock in Distribution Center.
  • Develop demand forecasts based on sales trends, store orders, and delivery lead times.
  • To make sure supply to demand on time & in full and balance cash flow by plan delivery date and control stock day.
  • Purchase order management, create PO base on Demand Forecast and plan delivery date by supplier delivery schedule and balance cash flow.
  • Follow up with supplier to make sure with get stock on time and in full.
  • Supplier Service Level, supplier assessment by tracking service level (On-Time and In Full).
  • Share relevant information with buyers and coordinate with Merchandise team on Out of Stock to get solution and take action.
  • Manage Stock up, keep monitoring stock day by items in order to have stock for demand and not too much stock.
  • Collaborate with DC Inventory team to get information of Over Stock or Nearly Expire items.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and store to get solution for clearance such as price cut sales/Promotion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years experiences in similar leadership position (experience in Retail would be a plus).
  • Preference to candidates with experience in demand-supply planning, production planning, Master production scheduling and/or capacity planning.
  • Must have analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial thinking.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel is preferable.
  • The ability to lead the implementation of innovation.
