  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment processes and oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance management and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and support training and development initiatives
  • Ensure HR practices align with company objectives and assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOP.
  • Handle employee inquiries and HR-related issues.

  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management and related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment & talent acquisition, training & development and SOP process documentation.
  • Must be at least 2-4 year of Assistant HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Age Between 33 to 40 years.
