Multi-Channel Banking & Business Development Department
• Build digital sales strategy for digital banking products
• Set annual or monthly digital sales target and implementation.
• Be responsible for building and operating digital sales platform, such as email and SMS marketing, website, Social media etc.
• Cooperate with branding and marketing team to plan and execute strategic promotions or advertising events.
• Maintain relationship with retail customers and corporate clients

Job Requirements

• Min 3 to 4 years in related field (banking experience preferred)
• Proven working knowledge in related field for managing SEO, email, SMS, social media marketing for cross selling and up selling
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and strong analytical skills for handling web analytics tools as needed
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills
• Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work
• Showcase good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar/English
• Ability to multitask, and familiarity with banking concepts
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Banking Product knowledge
