This position is a 1-year contract-based employment.

Job Purpose

To oversee and execute on-site activities for Tower rollout projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role supports successful implementation by coordinating with contractors, supervising construction quality, and facilitating smooth handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site construction activities including civil works, foundation, tower erection, shelter installation, power systems, and finishing works.
• Ensure contractors and laborers follow approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and workmanship at the site.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections during each stage of construction.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Report and address safety incidents, defects, or non-conformities immediately.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress.
• Liaise with local authorities, landlords, and community representatives when required.
• Provide daily/weekly updates on site progress and issues.
• Maintain site diaries, inspection reports, and material usage logs.
• Prepare site handover documentation including as-built drawings, photographs, and test results.
• Support in site acceptance and final handover to operations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in telecom tower construction, infrastructure, or civil works.
• Knowledge of tower erection, foundations, grounding systems, and power installations.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and telecom site specifications.
