ROLE PURPOSE
Trade & FX Sales Specialist, focus on driving the development of Trade Finance & FX Transactional Business and monitoring it in conjunction with related branches/Business units of Yoma Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role holder is responsible for consulting & facilitating the requirement, documentation, regulation & compliance, and procedure of international trade payment methods/ transaction for the bank’s customers and branches.
Facilitating foreign exchange services process for the bank’s customers & branches.
Promote and expand trade payment/settlement services business and foreign exchange services business by building, maintaining, and enhancing business relationship with customers and branches.
Consulting & facilitating customers/branches regarding compliance and regulatory requirements by Central Bank of Myanmar and other instructions from regulators regarding trade payment & settlement.
Consulting & facilitating customers/branches for trade Incoming and Outgoing payment/remittance operational process.
Consulting & general reviewing required supporting documentation for Incoming and Outgoing trade transactions & FX for processing.
Resolving the customers’ complaints & branches’ requirements.
Handling query email and phone from branches & customers and providing customer support for Trade & FX products.
Ensuring high levels of customer services and on-boarding trade & FX transactions/businesses to the bank.
Identify, report, and analyze customers’ needs on Trade business and to make corresponding business suggestions to the bank.
Maintain business data and prepare analytic reports for business strategy formulation and management’s review.

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications.
Desirable - MBA/MBF, CDCS/CITF/CTFP/CSDG
At least Three (3) years’ experience and knowledge of international trade payment/settlement operation and foreign exchange services.
Possesses wide-ranging industry experience, uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Understanding international trade payment methods.
Understanding Incoming and Outgoing payment/Remittance operation and SWIFT operation.
Understanding and reviewing required supporting documentation for on Incoming and Outgoing transactions for processing.
Understanding the requirement, documentation, and procedure of international trade payment/ remittance (Inward & Outward) transactions
Resolving the customer’s complaints & requirements.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements by Central Bank of Myanmar and other instructions from regulators regarding trade payment & settlement.
Identifying opportunities to meet holistic banking needs of customers.
Excellent imports and export trade related knowledge and experience .
Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Sound and effective interpersonal & communication skills in both Myanmar and English languages
