Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for all departments
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation
  • Handle HR administration, contracts, and employee records
  • Conduct initial interviews and arrange further interview rounds
  • Prepare interview schedules, assessment materials, and interview reports.
  • Verify candidate qualifications, references, and background checks.
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related data
  • Assist in employee discipline, grievances, and HR issues
  • Support training, performance appraisal, and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws
  • Coordinate with station managers on HR matters

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 3~5 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and disciplinary processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
