Job Description

  • By addressing to questions, resolving problems, and assuring prompt and correct responses, provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring the standard customer services of the branches.
  • Liaising with Branch managers to develop the monitoring process flow.
  • Arranging Customer Service training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set process improvements into place and assess their effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels, such as surveys, feedback forms, and social media platforms.
  • Using different methods, including surveys, feedback forms, and social media platforms, to gather and analyze client input.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Mystery shopping (physical/ phone call) to branches.
  • Preparing service scoring reports with provided format.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum Two years’ experience in the service industry (face to face service delivery experience is must)
  • Banking Customer Service Experience will be plus point
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Good English language in written and oral
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
