• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
• Develop yearly and quarterly project plans with clear milestones.
• Forecast, allocate, and optimize resources to balance workloads and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, proactively adjusting timelines to keep everything on track.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to provide visibility into projects and resources.
• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators, fostering cross-team collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, including multi-project oversight and resource planning.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proven experience in resource forecasting, allocation, and optimization.
