  • Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and resources
  • Monitor project budgets, risks, and performance KPIs
  • Resolve bottlenecks and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure governance compliance and reporting discipline

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and project proposals for management and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management / operations / strategic initiatives
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination capability
  • Strong financial awareness and cost control discipline
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint (PPT) development skills
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • This role is best suited for highly experienced senior professionals with substantial leadership and project management backgrounds
