Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee stockroom organization and shipment intake.

  • Open and close the store, manage cash handling, balance registers, and ensure adherence to operational checklists.

  • Serve as the primary floor leader to maintain high standards of customer engagement, issue resolution, and checkout efficiency.

  • Assume full operational responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is offsite.

  • Delegate daily floor tasks, manage shift schedules, and provide constructive, real-time feedback.

  • Identify opportunities to increase foot-traffic conversion and optimize product placement.

Job Requirements

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Stand up for long periods of time. 
Job Time: 8:50 am to 7:00 pm
