A Great Opportunity for ...

  •  Plan daily loading with Workshop Controller; allocate jobs to technicians.
  • Ensure diagnostic quality, repair standards, and road test protocols.
  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, and comebacks; drive root-cause actions.
  • Oversee tool control and calibration.
  • Coordinate with Parts for availability and with FOH for status updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, with relevant supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and workshop processes.
  • Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of workshop KPI and performance management.
  • Experience with premium/luxury vehicle brands will be an advantage.
