Program Structure:

  1. 2-Month Classroom Training
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of banking fundamentals, customer service, compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
    • Participate in workshops, simulations, and real-case discussions led by banking professionals.
  2. 6-Month Departmental Rotation
    • Rotate across core departments such as Retail Banking, Operations, Digital Banking, Compliance, and Credit.
    • Understand cross-functional processes and how departments collaborate to deliver value.
  3. 10-Month Job Attachment
    • Join a designated department aligned with your strengths and career interests.
    • Deliver real contributions through assigned projects, daily operations, and team collaboration.
  4. Career Opportunity
    • High-performing candidates will be offered a permanent position within the bank at the end of the program.

Job Requirements

  • A fresh graduate from any academic background or a young professional with up to 3 years of experience
  • Curious about banking and eager to learn
  • Purpose-driven, with strong proficiency in all four language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) in both Burmese and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Office 365 Suite (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willingness to explore different assigned business units
  • Ready to stand out in a competitive and fast-paced environment
