To oversee the day to day running of the field sales team. Put in place actions for meeting the company’s required margin. Grow the existing customer base and enforce tactical plans for future customers. They must work with and support the Sales Head.

  • Enforce operating policies and standards to maintain control of all sales administration functions.
  • Building, developing, leading and mentoring of sales team to the highest standards in the industry.
  • To maximize and manage the new & used machines sales department's productivity and profitability. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • To proactively grow the sales team and manage the sales team effectively.
  • To ensure all sales persons clearly understand their roles and responsibilities within the team and complying policy of company.
  • Assist to sales persons in maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • To participate in the development and execution of the marketing plan.
  • To monitor and identify market segments, market trends, customer prospect across the country.
  • Responsible and accountable for government tender participation & business development in government sector.
  • Handle customer requests/complaints for sales and aftersales for Key Accounts.
  • To deliver turnover and market share objectives.
  • To meet the company’s margin requirements for both new and used equipment
  • To maintain and grow key account business.
  • To increase the number of new customers and maximize prospects for future growth.
  • To manage the forward order and forecasting process with supplier to ensure that stock and deliveries are acceptable to the company and to customers
  • To monitor machines stock requirement and customer demand.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Ages between 25~45 years old.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in unit sales business relative to generator and heavy machinery.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Ability to analyze figures and reports.
  • Good communication and people skills. Ability to motivate and lead others.
  • Flexibility in their approach to the working day.
  • Travel required  60%.
