Sales Execution & Performance

  • Achieve monthly and annual EV sales targets assigned by management.
  • Execute sales plans and campaigns for IM Motors electric vehicles.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.

 

Showroom & Dealer Management

  • Manage assigned showrooms and dealer partners to ensure sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure test-drive availability, proper vehicle display, and brand compliance.
  • Support dealers with pricing guidance, promotions, and closing strategies.

 

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and supervise Sales Executives and EV Sales Consultants.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Build strong EV product knowledge and consultative selling skills within the team.

 

Customer Experience & EV Education

  • Guide customers through EV benefits, charging solutions, ownership cost, and technology.
  • Handle key customers, corporate leads, and complex negotiations when required.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction from inquiry to vehicle handover.

 

Corporate & Fleet Sales Support

  • Support corporate, fleet, and B2B EV sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate vehicle delivery schedules.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.

 

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Track leads, test-drives, bookings, and deliveries using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics, registration, and after-sales teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Automotive or EV-related training is an advantage
  • Minimum 5–8 years of automotive sales experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager role
  • Experience in EVs, premium vehicles, or new model launches is preferred
  • Strong understanding of EV products and automotive sales processes
  • Proven team leadership and sales target achievement
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to explain EV technology in a simple and customer-friendly way
  • Comfortable with CRM, sales reporting, and data analysis
