Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for prospective Microfinance Institutions (MFIs)
  • Managing current MFI accounts while identifying cross-selling opportunities for new products.
  • Facilitating smooth communication channels and providing targeted sales support for Endowment products.
  • Conducting operational training programs encompassing product knowledge,sales techniques, system usage, and field sales enablement.
  • Conducting regular MFI branch visits to evaluate field operations and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
  • Preparing formal sales proposals, pitch decks, and training documentation.
  • Overseeing daily sales reports to track metrics, audit data accuracy, and evaluate sales performance.

  •  Age 20-35
  •  Any Graduate
  •  Minimum 1 yr experience of working in Banks, Microfinance of any related industry in sales
  •  Good Communication and interpersonal skilllv
