Job Description

The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine international account transfer (Outward Remittance - Non-Trade) transactions for bank customers on a day to day operation and for ensuring high levels of customer services.

  • Prepare the daily report, weekly report, monthly report and advance payment report
  • Prepare the SWIFT drafts for payments
  • Filling the payment data for daily payments
  • Prepare the query payments and sent to manager via email
  • Prepare SWIFT message MT-199,195,196 for amendment payment
  • Prepare the daily Fund Net report for Treasury
  • Handle and receive the payment application and customer service via office mail
  • Check the Nostro bank statements daily and report back to officers for collecting charges or refunds.
  • Prepare and reconcile for KBZ payments
  • Prepare CBM Reports

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, (Degree major in Economics, Business Management or related field from an accredited university is preferred)
  • Minimum 4 ~ 5 years of experience in Banking Industry
  • Able to command and converse in Myanmar and English
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good presentation skills and people skills; team player
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates high energy, professionalism and maturity
