Contribute to building effective relationships with organizations, businesses, and community people.
Serve as the point of contact/implementor for assigned projects, providing updates, implementing the tasks, and status reports to Senior/Team Leader and Assistant Manager.
Assist with developing project/activities scopes, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate/Organize and implement social responsible-related activities, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, purchasing processes, and making necessary arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, communicating instructions, and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Assist with the creation of relevant content for our website and social media to ensure the public is informed about our projects/programs, activities, and press release.
Assist with the Complaints Management Process in related to the defined complaint management procedure.
Manage all the department document are properly kept and arranged.
Generate new ideas to improve our activities efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business trends, social situations, and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with any related field.
Minimal 2years of working experiences in the area of event management, general administration, logistics, project support, and implementation.
Experience in preparation of financial management, work plans, implementation plans, and reporting is required.
Experience in handling web-based management systems is an added advantage.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Burmese Typing is also required)
Good in English Language (speaking and writing skill).
