Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Contribute to building effective relationships with organizations, businesses, and community people.
  • Serve as the point of contact/implementor for assigned projects, providing updates, implementing the tasks, and status reports to Senior/Team Leader and Assistant Manager.
  • Assist with developing project/activities scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate/Organize and implement social responsible-related activities, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, purchasing processes, and making necessary arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, communicating instructions, and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the creation of relevant content for our website and social media to ensure the public is informed about our projects/programs, activities, and press release.
  • Assist with the Complaints Management Process  in related to the defined complaint management procedure.
  • Manage all the department document are properly kept and arranged.
  • Generate new ideas to improve our activities efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business trends, social situations, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with any related field.
  • Minimal 2years of working experiences in the area of event management, general administration, logistics, project support, and implementation.
  • Experience in preparation of financial management, work plans, implementation plans, and reporting is required.
  • Experience in handling web-based management systems is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Burmese Typing is also required)
  • Good in English Language (speaking and writing skill).
