Job Description

  • Manage daily student affairs and student support operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic, personal, and campus-related concerns.
  • Coordinate student orientation, events, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor student attendance, behavior, and overall well-being.
  • Handle and resolve complaints, concerns, and feedback raised by both students and parents in a professional, timely, and confidential manner, and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain continuous communication and engagement with students to ensure a positive, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment and enhance overall student satisfaction and well-being.
  • Work closely with academic departments to support student retention and performance.
  • Develop and implement student support policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports for management.
  • Supervise Student Affairs staff and ensure service quality.
  • Build a positive student community and maintain effective communication with students and parents where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student affairs, education administration, student services, or related field.
  • Experience in private college or education sector preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
