Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Provide 1st-level support for all eGAP and local applications, including the HR Payroll System.
Stage, manage, and upgrade all end-user devices (laptops, desktops, etc.).
Manage and support all OPS scanners (Courier and Warehouse), including installation and upgrades of required applications and patches.
Manage and support LAN and DWAN connectivity by liaising with service providers.
Liaise with IT vendors for services such as 4G-based mobile data, repair, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Manage and support all local and network printers (both rental and DHL-owned).
Procure and maintain IT accessories and printer consumables as required.
Manage and support the country's CCTV system in coordination with vendors.
Manage and support the country's file and print servers, including user access management as required.
Directly engage with regional project teams to roll out applications, excluding customer-facing IT applications.
Liaise with IT suppliers for the procurement of IT equipment and related items.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of computer hardware, with hands-on experience in desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in installing, managing, and troubleshooting both local and network printers.
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, with experience in managing user accounts, computer objects, and related administrative tasks.
Good understanding of Windows Server administration, with hands-on experience in server management and support.
Knowledge of installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based applications.
Understanding of LAN environments and hands-on experience in network support.
Understanding of WAN environments and hands-on experience in network connectivity support.
Good understanding of email systems, with hands-on experience in setting up and managing user email accounts.
Experience in coordinating and managing IT vendors and service providers.
Good command of written and spoken English.
