Job Purpose:

Direct & Oversee fault handling, rectification, and preventive maintenance of the ATOM Myanmar network within the designated cluster. Work closely with the managed services provider, tower companies, optical fiber vendors, and other suppliers to ensure a high-quality and reliable network at the most efficient operational cost through proper governance. Act as the focal person for site access, lease contract renewals, landlord negotiations, and management of network-related complaints to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the daily network operations activities to achieve targeted network availability within the assigned cluster.
• Continuously improve network quality and coverage to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and manage network outages; ensure prompt restoration of down sites and resolution of fiber cuts.
• Coordinate with central and managed service (MS) teams to implement protection and redundancy for critical hub outages.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues related to infrastructure, power, fiber routes, VSAT, and MW links.
• Drive operational excellence through efficient OPEX management and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage and govern performance of MS partners, tower companies, fiber vendors, VSAT teams, and power suppliers to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Ensure preventive and proactive maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule.
• Collaborate with Government Relations (GR) and Corporate Security teams to ensure safe and smooth field operations.
• Serve as the Technology single point of contact (SPOC) for the cluster business team.
• Conduct regular reporting and review meetings with business teams to address network-related performance and plans.
• Support central teams in lease contract extensions, landowner negotiations, and other site-related matters.
• Identify market demands and coordinate with central technology and business teams for solution design, rollout, and capacity expansion.
• Support new site rollout projects, power upgrades, and network expansion initiatives in coordination with project and vendor teams.
• Conduct market visits and address customer complaints to ensure best-in-class network experience.
• Own and manage LUT (Low Utilization) sites—coordinate with business teams to identify actions and monitor progress for improved utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
• Proven experience in cluster or regional network management, with hands-on knowledge of fiber, tower, and power systems.
