Assistant Vice President ~ Vice President (Data Analyst)

Duties and Responsibilities

– Interpret and analyse complex data using statistical techniques to produce complete and accurate reports and analyses

– Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them

– Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

– Develop a common centralized database and automated dashboard

– Gather and retrieve data from relevant sources

– Assist in the migration of existing reports to automated dashboards

– Collaborate with cross functional teams in streamlining, automating and optimizing the analytics reporting process

– Assist in the execution of department initiatives and roadmap items

– Ensure consistency of data and processes

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and Statistics or other relevant academic backgrounds

– Have at least 5 years of working experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on producing analytics reports (Experience in SQL is preferable!)

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

– Good analytical skill, problem solving skill and communication skill

– Computer literate & proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
