Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Provides information for management by preparing special reports and analyses of the call database
  • Good communication and dealing with related departments (Internal Related Teams)

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in call center experience or online sales experience is also preferable
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Experience in media Ads activity such as  (newspaper, journals, Facebook, website & etc.,)
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • At least 3 years' working experience is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English
