Purpose of the Role: Driving sales growth and expanding distribution channels for our products in the business-to-business (B2B) segment. 

The role focuses on strategic planning, account management, and sales execution to increase market share and revenue.

1. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow distribution networks and increase market penetration.

Identify and prioritize target accounts within the B2B market.

2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

3. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.

4. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with B2B clients.

5. Monitor and manage client satisfaction, issue resolution, and after-sales service.

6. Partner with the marketing team to develop B2B campaigns and promotional offers.

7. Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong sales, contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the Stationery industry and local market conditions.
  • Fluent in English and Burmese (preferred).
