  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the showroom
  • Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage and optimize showroom displays for optimal customer experience and sales
  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management,
  • Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role in retail
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
