We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead this high-impact business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, enterprise client management, and cross-functional team leadership, regardless of industry. This is a strategic leadership role in one of Myanmar’s most successful and resilient broadband companies.
π What You'll Do
Business Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the business strategy for growing the 5BB Business customer base
Lead and manage sales and marketing operations across regions for business broadband and digital services
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on growth planning, pricing, and product positioning
Team Development & Performance
Lead, mentor, and expand high-performing B2B sales and marketing teams
Set KPIs, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs, and key decision-makers
Understand client needs and tailor solutions that support business operations such as multi-branch connectivity, cloud access, and high-SLA broadband
Product & Solution Support
Promote business fiber broadband services (e.g., 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps and above) with reliability and service guarantees
Guide solution design and delivery with internal teams for complex enterprise setups
Introduce value-added services such as business Wi-Fi, cybersecurity layers, or cloud-ready integrations
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with technical, operations, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth service delivery and long-term client satisfaction
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify new opportunities
Represent 5BB at industry events, client briefings, and strategic business forums

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
5+ years in a business leadership or B2B/enterprise management role in telecom, IT, banking, insurance, FMCG, logistics, or other service industries
Proven experience in scaling business units, managing enterprise clients, and leading teams
Strong strategic thinking, client-centric mindset, and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience working in high-SLA environments or service-based models is a plus
Digital literacy and comfort working with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems
