  • Responsible for design, development and implementation of all Commercial products for ATOMBusiness in line with Customer requirements while taking full ownership of customer experience end toend
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they are using ATOM B2Bproducts and services. Current opening is for Key Account Manager for Government customer, as suchprior experience in handling Government customers, specially in area of technical solutions is desired.
  • Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet theirobjectives
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in designing and delivering solution based on Customerrequirements.
  • Experience in technology products and solutions in area of connectivity, mobility, Cloud, IOT, Smart etcis desired.
  • Responsible for designing and development of all ATOM Business products for both short term andlong-term strategic products to drive growth and achieve market leadership
  • Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of ATOM B2Bportfolio of products and services
  • Lead and develop product roadmaps through cross functional collaboration, for all products andsynthesize product requirements for an end-to-end customer journey covering the entire stack— mobileand connectivity, cloud solutions, data and Value-added services
  • Establish a clear view of customer needs, simplifying complex issues and developing appropriatesolutions for their needs. Oversee analysis of customer requirements to define product strategies andidentify product opportunities to grow market share
  • Manage the lifecycle of new product and service development through launch - opportunity assessment,requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch.
  • Script Product Requirement Documents including relevant process and customer journey that clearlydefine what is needed to create a competitive offer. Contribute to the development of sales tools andcollateral
  • Partner with engineering, data security, software architects, program management, support, datascientists and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop multi-year roadmaps for arapidly growing customer base
  • Identify market and customer insights that can be translated into product and technology partnershipopportunities
  • Drive identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of key accounts.
  • Collaborate across functions including IT, finance, marketing & sales to both co-develop and drive crossorg alignment on the plans to ensure buy-in, shared vision and execution priority.
  • Delivery of opportunity maps, plans, projections and plays for cross company investment decisions.
  • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company strategy•
  • Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategicdecision proposals, as well as the calculation of business casesIII.JOB

Job Requirements

Education

  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferably with technical background. Post Graduations in Business Management is preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience within or across product management and proven experience as key account management especially in government sector
  • Excellent communication, leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels without authority to drive executive buy-in and alignment.
  • Exceptional business judgement using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all government departments
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and to create relationships with internal resources to solve complex customer issues
  • Must be able to present effectively in front of groups both technically and non-technically oriented
  • Must be self-motivated and results-driven, as demonstrated by previous work experience
