Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • ​Oversee all logistical aspects of the tour, including transportation schedules, hotel check-ins, and meal arrangements.
  • ​Act as the "face" of the company, greeting guests and providing continuous support, information, and problem-solving throughout the trip.
  • ​Liaise with local guides, drivers, hotel staff, and restaurant managers to ensure services are delivered as promised.
  • ​Monitor the safety of all participants, manage medical emergencies if they arise, and ensure compliance with local travel regulations.
  • ​Manage on-tour funds (floats), keep accurate records of expenses, and submit detailed post-tour reports and feedback.
  • ​Calmly handle "on-the-fly" issues, such as flight delays, lost luggage, or itinerary changes, with minimal disruption to the guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • ​2–5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in tour operations or field management.
  • ​Certifications: Valid First Aid/CPR certification and a clean, valid driver’s license.
  • ​Fluency in English is required; proficiency language .
  • ​The ability to remain calm and think critically under pressure or in emergency situations.
  • ​Proficiency with travel management software, GDS systems, and mobile navigation/communication apps.
  • ​Deep understanding of local customs, history, and etiquette for the regions covered.
