Job Description

  • To respond Customer's initial business enquiries, sourcing new customers, following up leads and meeting with business customers face-to-face. ensure customers understand AYA Bank's product and services in details
  • To build a strong network of business introducers in the local professional and business community
  • To understand Customer's requirements and KYC's information (Know Your Customer)
  • To deliver delightful customer service to customers
  • To assist customers for their daily banking support and requirements with the products and services horizons provided by AYA Bank.
  • To understand the compliance of banking policy, operation and procedures as instructed by Head office or Central bank of Myanmar

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; majoring in Business/Banking Finance is preferable.
  • Good communication (i.e. Spoken and Written) in either Chinese or Thai Language.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office 365 Package (i.e. Outlook Email, Team, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to communicate with customers and handling complaints  
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Able to travel across the country (when necessary)
