Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Coordinate and respond to branch inquiries regarding International Food Stuff products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare travel expense claims, financial documents, and coordinate with the Finance Department.
  • Monitor monthly stock balances, verify operational records, and support audit and compliance activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational reports within the required timeline.
  • Coordinate with branch offices to follow up on operational processes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Communicate business updates, support process implementation, and provide guidance to branches to ensure consistent operational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum (1) year of relevant experience in Administration, Operations, Compliance, Audit, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
