To develop the BIM model for upcoming projects
To review and comments for BIM model done by third party service provider
To update/revise the BIM model during the construction time for the changes
To issue the construction drawings from BIM during the construction time
Create the BIM model for upcoming projects (overall as C&S., Archi, ID, MEP)
Review and comments, update & revise the BIM model for changes during the construction time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in BIM management, BIM coordination, or construction-related roles and experience as BIM drafter 3-5 years
  • Strong experience in site construction work and understanding of construction processes.
  • Proven experience managing BIM projects from design stage through construction completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM software and modeling tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary BIM coordination (C&S, Architectural, ID, MEP).
  • Good technical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts, engineering principles, and construction methodologies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
