A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates & tender submissions
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare ACMV & Chiller project costing and commercial proposals
• Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and conduct cost comparisons
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow & gross margins
• Manage Variation Orders (VO), progress claims, payment applications & final accounts
• Support contract administration, procurement, and project commercial management

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in ACMV, HVAC, or MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, Chiller, VRF, ducting.
• Strong skills in BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation & contract administration
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and AutoCAD
• Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills
• Chiller project experience is highly preferred
