On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Manager (Operation Department) to be based at their office in Hinthada Branch, Ayeyarwadyy Region, Myanmar.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Reports to Regional Head (Operation Department)
• Performs overall responsibility for Hinthada Branch (Marketing & Sales)
• Manages and leads the Hinthada team, with the aim of maximum revenue, elevating market share, raising customer satisfaction, getting customer loyalty, and increasing brand equity in the region
• Demonstrates a “can-do” sprite, customer-focused by seeking continual improvement
• Reviews quarterly processes and redesigns detailed work plans (e.g., reviewing one quarter afterward and preparing plans for the next quarter)
• Responsible for achieving 100% of KPI stock targets
• Checks the stock turnover within 60 days
• Finds new markets and analyzes sales for new product
• Responsible for compliance with key focus areas (Finance, Customer Relationship, Internal Business Process, Learning, and Growth)
• Monitors and supervises the activities of the employees who are responsible for the systematic implementation of the activities
• Performs operational management related to the whole Hinthada branch
• Responsible for strategic management at the whole Hinthada branch
• Responsible for financial management at the entire Hinthada branch
• Performs as per Warehouse Management strategies
• Writes Marketing Strategies for Hinthada Branch
• Manages Human Resources issues for Hinthada Branch
• Analyzes Market Situations for Hinthada Branch
• Arranges and entertains to improve the relationship with Agricultural Bank / Cooperative / General Administration / Agricultural Authority
