Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Directing all operational aspects in Mandalay branch to ensure efficient and profitable operation in accordance with company’s objectives.
• Develop sales coverage by expanding sales territories. Meets with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Build and promote long term relationship with key strategic partners. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with their needs. Suggest the improvements.
• Set team target, KPI, and effective incentive scheme. Lead team members to improve the branch performance to match with company long term business plan.
• Present sales revenue and forecasts, operation expenses to management team in head office.
• Oversee and evaluate market situation and adjust strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Graduate with Management Diploma is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in FMCG field with good performance record.
• Sufficient knowledge of team building and management techniques and best practices.
• Strong working passion and responsible. Good at decision-making with problem-solving attitude.
• Stable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email
• English proficiency
