Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide overall coordination and management support for day-to-day operations of the Mandalay Office.
  • Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of management decisions, instructions, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate closely with Heads of Business, Departments, and Functions at Head Office to ensure alignment between Mandalay operations and Group objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Mandalay-based teams and support effective communication across departments.
  • Monitor operational activities, identify issues or gaps, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, observations, and practical recommendations to management regarding office operations and business activities.
  • Support management in coordinating manpower, administrative matters, office facilities, and other operational requirements.
  • Oversee general office administration and ensure a professional, organized, and service-oriented working environment.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant government authorities, local organizations, business partners, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Represent the organization professionally in meetings, official communications, and coordination activities with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items assigned by management and ensure timely completion by relevant teams.
  • Support the coordination of business activities, meetings, events, and other initiatives conducted in Mandalay.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions or recommendations to management.
  • Support the implementation of Group policies, procedures, and operational standards across the Mandalay Office.
  • Travel independently to other locations across Myanmar when required for business and operational purposes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree.
  • Must be Mandalay-based or willing to relocate to Mandalay permanently.
  • Experience in managing and administering 100+ employees
  • Preferably in diversified or multi-site businesses.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with the management, relevant departments and authorities as required by business and operational needs.
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally in meetings and official communications with relevant authorities.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively coordinate with Heads of Department/Function.
  • Strong execution, follow-up, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good observation and analytical ability with the capability to provide practical recommendations to management.
  • Strong people management and office administration skills.
  • Able to travel independently across Myanmar as required.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
