  • Manage relationships with internal department and external key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and OSH
  • Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Prepare regular reports for Heads

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a senior role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Budgeting, cost control, and operational planning expertise
  • Deep understanding of Mandalay market dynamics is a plus
