  • Responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch
  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient business activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Monitor and improve operational performance
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvements
  • Monitor stock availability and prevent inventory shortages
  • Control inventory, assets, and branch resources effectively
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
  • Control operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure branch readiness for audits and inspections

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years & above experience in branch management & operations management
  • Proven experience in managing a team and handling branch operations
  • Good knowledge of branch operations and business processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to prepare and analyze operational reports
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
