Position Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen EXERA’s brand positioning and drive business growth in Myanmar. Acting as the architect of the marketing strategy, the Brand Manager translates business priorities into actionable brand, content, and campaign plans that resonate with both B2B and institutional audiences, including corporates, NGOs, and international organizations. This role serves as the central orchestrator across internal marketing functions, ensuring that messaging, creative assets, and channel strategies are aligned, credible, and performance driven. From shaping EXERA’s brand narrative as a trusted security and risk management provider to overseeing campaign execution and optimizing outcomes, the Brand Manager combines strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and cross-functional leadership. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Myanmar’s business environment, stakeholder expectations, and risk landscape, along with the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear, compelling communications. A solid grasp of digital platforms, content performance, and emerging tools, including AI, is essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly brand marketing plans aligned with EXERA’s business objectives and revenue targets.
- Define campaign objectives, value propositions, and integrated communication strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, content, digital, operations) to ensure strategies are actionable, aligned, and measurable.
- Maintain a structured campaign calendar aligned with business priorities, client acquisition cycles, and key market opportunities.
Brand Strategy, Messaging & Channel Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that position EXERA as a trusted, international-standard security and risk management provider.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints, including proposals, reports, digital platforms, and corporate communications.
- Tailor messaging for key audiences (B2B clients, NGOs, embassies, corporate stakeholders), aligning with market insights and client needs.
- Define and manage the optimal mix of marketing channels (owned, earned, and paid) to maximize brand visibility and credibility.
- Develop communication frameworks to manage brand reputation, including proactive and reactive messaging for sensitive or crisis situations.
Content Quality & Execution Oversight
- Oversee the development of high-quality, insight-driven content that reinforces EXERA’s expertise and credibility (e.g., thought leadership, risk insights, case studies).
- Review content briefs, reports, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with strategic messaging and brand standards.
- Drive innovation in content formats, including video, expert commentary, and digital storytelling tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn and industry channels.
- Identify emerging media trends and proactively adapt content strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
- Promote the effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance content production efficiency while maintaining quality and consistency.
Internal Coordination & Delivery Assurance
- Act as the central coordinator for marketing execution, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and functions.
- Lead integrated (360°) campaign execution across digital, offline, and relationship-driven channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business development and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with client needs and service offerings.
- Review and approve key campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Own and track key marketing KPIs, including brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and contribution to revenue growth.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social insights) to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
Market & Client Insight Integration
- Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and developments in Myanmar’s security and risk landscape.
- Gather and apply client insights to refine brand positioning, messaging, and service communication.
- Support the development of targeted marketing initiatives based on industry segments and client profiles.
