Job Description

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, events, on-ground activities and PR.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and content strategies.
  • Manage and monitor the brand's online presence and reputation.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing team members.
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across all marketing activities.Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient execution of all marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing in a managerial role.
  • Experience in both ATL & BTL marketing channels (POSM Branding, Outlet Branding, TVC, On-ground activation, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
