Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, events, on-ground activities and PR.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and content strategies.
Manage and monitor the brand's online presence and reputation.
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and customer feedback.
Supervise and mentor marketing team members.
Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across all marketing activities.Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient execution of all marketing activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing in a managerial role.
Experience in both ATL & BTL marketing channels (POSM Branding, Outlet Branding, TVC, On-ground activation, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as needed.
