About the job

  • As an assistant brand manager, you’ll be responsible to develop the brand plan, in align with the brand objectives and company’s 9-grid, from the situation analysis and consumer’s insights for Black Eagle, and to implement the plan to achieve objectives.
  • You’ll also be responsible for supporting the Sr. Brand Manager in the development of new and existing tactics and activities, from collecting consumer insights to planning and execution of brand activations by working closely with respective teams such as trade marketing and sales team, in align with brand strategy to achieve brand objectives.
  • You’ll lead given brand projects, through the collaboration with the respective agencies and internal teams, making sure the implementation of the plans is in align with brief, and make decision based on the facts and figures through the market analysis and reports with clear recommendations for action.
  • You’ll be shared the responsibility of delivering the brand objectives such as sales volume growth, volume share growth and keeping A&P within budget, with the Sr. brand manager

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency in verbal & written English Language
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Key Accounts Servicing.
  • Experience in the FMCG/ F&B industry would be an advantage.
  • You’ll need to be a strong self-starter, willing to take accountability, responsibility and passionate to drive results in a pressured environment.
  • You’ll need to be willing to learn through continuous coaching, on-the-job and functional training in align with your individual development plan.
  • You’ll need to be a pleasant, sociable, and outgoing person with good interpersonal skills, who can manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver the common goals.
  • Ability to travel if required. (Quarterly market visit to out of towns and weekly market visit in town)
