Job Description

  • Understand and align with the company’s overall goals, vision and long-term brand strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to identify market potential, define go-to-market strategies, and develop robust distribution plans.
  • Own the full brand lifecycle from strategic planning to execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage brand equity by ensuring consistent brand positioning, identity, messaging, and tone across campaigns and channels.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adjust brand strategies accordingly.
  • Lead new product development initiatives including concept testing, packaging development, pricing , and launch plans.
  • Design and implement effective consumer and trade marketing programs to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth.
  • Plan and manage ATL, BTL ,and digital campaigns to support product visibility and brand strength.
  • Create annual marketing calendars and oversee timely execution with cross-functional teams (Sales ,R & D, Creative, Finance).
  • Track, analyze , and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions. Provides insights and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Utilize data analytics and consumer feedback to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Manage external agencies (creative , media, research ) and internal teams to deliver consistent and high-impact campaigns.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows , exhibitions, and key industry events.
  • Develop and control brand and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing , or consumer marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful brand building, market activation, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strongly Experience in FMCG fields .
  • Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and Word.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a consumer-centric approach.
