  • Execute brand promotion,activations, and sales programs in assigned areas.
  • Support sales targets achievement through in market execution
  • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and sales representatives
  • Ensure proper product avaliability, visibility, and merchandising.
  • Implement pricing, promotion, and POSM according to paln.
  • Collect market feedback on consumers,retailers, and competitors
  • Support product launches and trade markeing activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and activity report.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in sales, marketing, or field execution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work in field and travel
