Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Identify and research potential Chinese suppliers based on the company’s product and business requirements.
Communicate with suppliers in Chinese to obtain product specifications, quotations, samples, and other required information.
Compare supplier offers, including prices, product quality, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Support negotiations with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Provide Chinese–Myanmar interpretation during meetings, calls, and business discussions.
Translate supplier correspondence, quotations, product information, and business documents accurately.
Coordinate sample requests, order confirmations, and delivery follow-ups with suppliers and relevant internal teams.
Maintain supplier records and build strong working relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
Research new products and business opportunities in the Chinese market.
Prepare supplier comparison summaries and progress updates for management.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
Strong interest in business development, trading, and supplier sourcing.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand product requirements and compare commercial offers accurately.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, email, WeChat, and online supplier sourcing platforms.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to attend supplier meetings and travel when required.
