As a senior member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with the management team on an identified set of large, strategic sales prospects. You will accomplish this through your ability to sell the full scope of JobNet Recruitment Technology products, offline recruitment events and the Myanmar Employer Awards in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs. You must be self-driven, analytical and have fantastic interpersonal skills and perform at the highest level to be successful in this role.
