Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Real Estate / Insurance sector to support
company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and key
stakeholders.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and service offerings to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project implementation and ensure high-quality service
delivery.
Participate in networking events, client meetings, and industry activities to expand the company’s
business network.
Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of business deals.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and market feedback to
management.
Support marketing strategies and promotional activities to strengthen the company’s brand
presence.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the Real
Estate or Insurance sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.

Good understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
