- Lead and deliver multiple cross-industrial projects (SAP, ISO, telecom, manufacturing, ERP, software) with strict adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable project deliverables, assigning and tracking tasks across operational, technical, and commercial divisions for Fortune Group of Companies.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, risk evaluations, and create business case reports for management review prior to project launch.
- Apply hybrid and traditional project management methodologies to execute diverse project portfolios from inception to completion.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, providing transparent updates, and ensuring clear delegation and escalation pathways.
- Facilitate Management Review sessions, ISO QMR team meetings, and functional manager check-ins to sustain ISO compliance, address concerns, evaluate KPIs, and mitigate operational or project risks.
- Establish and sustain ISO-related teams, leveraging the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) framework for continuous process and quality improvement.
- Build and foster relationships with new and existing business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve strategic company growth targets.
- Liaise with System Integration, Software Development, SAP, and vendor teams to design reporting dashboards, develop workflows, and embed continuous improvement protocols.
- Coordinate business development initiatives and transformative projects within Fortune’s diversified entities (manufacturing, telecom, nutrition, construction, energy).
- Lead employee training sessions, craft user manuals and knowledge documents, and facilitate organizational learning and lesson-learned forums.
- Manage tender documentation and submission processes to secure new business opportunities and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Any business development related tasks assigned by Board of Directors.
