To collaborate in turning business strategies into real business opportunities.
To improve the business strategy and business plan set by the Corporate Office.
Collaborate closely with Top Management for Corporate Strategy of Business Development to gather necessary market information and identify key partners and other components for business development.
Local/ foreign potential partners for business development; must be able to liaise well with government departments.
Must have good negotiation skills.
Must be able to find good opportunities to expand your new business
To present financial opportunities and hypothetical recommendations in the development of a Business Plan.
To evaluate and review the strengths and weaknesses of the Business Plan.
Must be able to understand and analyze the financial reports of the business/ project.
Must be able to handle contracts in both English/ Myanmar version, such as MOU, MOA, consortium agreement, etc.
Must be able to understand Trading and Financing service process.
Planning business development management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate (Prefer BBA)
Must be an holder Master of Business Administration
Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous
Must have experience Tendering Process
Strong leadership skills & Strong attention to detail and technicalities
Proficient in written, spoken and translate both Myanmar & English skills
Excellent organizational, technical skills, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Must be expect computer & IT skill (MS word, excel, power point, Internet & Email)
Must be trip local/oversea often if necessary
