Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Smart Home Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B (dealers, property developers, contractors) and B2C (end customers).
- Develop pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies to increase sales volume.


Market Development
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Expand business network with real estate developers, interior designers, retailers, and distributors.
- Suggest product positioning and new market segments for Smart Home Solutions.


Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support coordination.


Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans.
- Prepare business proposals, tenders, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.


Team & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve organizational targets.
- Train sales executives on Smart Home product features and sales techniques.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Smart Home, IoT, Consumer Electronics, or related industry preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Smart Home / IoT products and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Good command of English
