1. Business Expansion & Partnerships

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, joint ventures, and investment projects with Chinese partners.
• Develop strategic relationships with Chinese manufacturers, suppliers, and technology providers.
• Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and financial projections for potential ventures.

2. Communication & Negotiation

• Act as the main liaison between the company and Chinese stakeholders.
• Translate and interpret business meetings, contracts, and technical documents when needed.
• Conduct negotiations and coordinate agreements with Chinese suppliers, clients, and partners.

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research on Chinese industries, suppliers, and investment trends.
• Identify competitive advantages and market gaps in Myanmar for potential collaboration.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding China–Myanmar trade developments.

4. Project Coordination

• Support sourcing and procurement projects from China, including machinery, raw materials, or technology transfer.
• Monitor the progress of projects involving Chinese partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operation, Legal, Logistics) to implement new projects.

5. Brand & Relationship Management

• Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business matching events in China and Myanmar.
• Maintain strong relationships with Chinese government agencies, embassies, and chambers of commerce.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, trading, or project management with Chinese markets.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) and English is mandatory.
• Understanding of China–Myanmar business culture and trade regulations.
• Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or trading sectors.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
