Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business, HR, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in business development, crewing, or manning agency.
Must have Oversea marketing experience
Strong knowledge of shipping industry practices,
Proven ability to develop and maintain B2B client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English and local).
Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and crew management systems.
Willingness to travel and attend industry networking events.
